Basic Job Functions
- Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls
- Responsible for achieving individual sales target
- Cooperate and mobilize team members to achieve the set team sales target
- Informing clients about market trends
- Implement the company’s policies
- Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted
- Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Competency, and Experience Needed
- At least an Ordinary diploma in any business-related field
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good communication skills
